SPORTS
The Varsity Softball team finally finished their game from Tuesday, and it was worth the wait as the Lady Panthers rallied from an 8-2 deficit to defeat Van Buren, 9-8. Brittyn Bruns resumed pitching duties from Tuesday and held Van Buren in check, pitching 4 2/3 innings and allowing just 1 hit and no runs to pick up the win. Offensively, Adria Miller was 3 for 4 with a homerun, 2 doubles, and 3 RBI’s; Abbi Taylor was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI’s; Emmery Temple was 2 for 4 with 1 RBI; Paige Stephenson and Avery White each collected an RBI.
